Service Availability

Arlo & Company is currently accepting bookings until the end of April 2025.

Please contact Emily with all booking requests – noting your desired service date(s), including approximate start and end times. If she is not personally available for your request, an alternate Pet Care Provider can be arranged!

Booking requests from current clients will always be tracked in the event of a cancellation or last-minute availability change.

Calendar availability is released in 3 segments throughout the year:

January to April
May to August
September to December

Please note that a 20% surcharge will apply for services booked on all Arlo & Company holidays:

December 15 to 31 (Christmas holidays)

January 1 (New Year’s Day)
February 14 to 17 (Family Day weekend)
April 18 to 21 (Easter weekend)
May 16 to 19 (Victoria Day weekend)
June 28 to July 1 (Canada Day weekend)
August 1 to 4 (Civic Holiday weekend)
August 29 to September 1 (Labour Day weekend)
October 10 to 13 (Thanksgiving weekend)
December 14 to 31 (Christmas holidays)
