Service Availability

Arlo & Company is currently accepting bookings until the end of August 2026.

Please contact Emily with all booking requests – noting your desired service date(s), including approximate start and end times. If she is not personally available for your request, an alternate Pet Care Provider can be arranged!

Booking requests from current clients will always be tracked in the event of a cancellation or last-minute availability change.

Calendar availability is released in 3 segments throughout the year:

January to April
May to August
September to December

Please note that a 20% surcharge will apply for services booked on all Arlo & Company holidays:

January 1 to 4 (New Year’s Day – with continuation of Christmas holidays)
February 13 to 16 (Family Day weekend)
April 3 to 6 (Easter weekend)
May 15 to 18 (Victoria Day weekend)
July 1 (Canada Day)
July 31 to August 3 (Civic Holiday weekend)
September 4 to 7 (Labour Day weekend)
October 9 to 12 (Thanksgiving weekend)
October 31 (Halloween)
December 19 to 31 (Christmas holidays)
