client referral discount
Current Arlo & Company clients can receive a discount when a new client is referred. The referral family must contact Emily by August 31, 2023 to be eligible (regardless of the requested service date in 2023).
15% off for current clients + 15% off for the referral family on their first booking!
Only a limited number of new client households can be accepted. This will happen on a first-come-first-serve basis. If spaces are filled prior to August 31, current clients will be notified.
Here’s how it will work:
- Think of friends, family, or colleagues who are looking for their pet’s new favourite babysitter.
- Share the Arlo & Company website & email address (emily@arloandcopets.com) with them. Kindly do not share Emily’s phone number at this time.
- Encourage them to contact Emily by August 31 & mention your (and your pet’s) name. That way, they secure their own 15% discount!
- Once their first service is completed (with any pet care provider of Arlo & Company), Emily will reach out to confirm your own discount for your kind referral!
Some fine-print on this referral bonus:
- 15% discount up to a maximum of $100 off on a single booking.
- Multiple referrals = multiple possible discounts!
- New clients must live in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, or the surrounding communities.
- New client households will be accepted for onboarding until August 31, 2023 unless notified by Emily West sooner. Only a limited number of new households can be accepted and will be first-come-first-served.
- Current client discount will be activated after the referral booking is completed by the new client. Clients will be notified by email when their discount is available.
- Discount will apply to the client’s next service booking by the calendar date. If no currently booked services exist, then it will be applied to the next confirmed service.
- Discount is valid for all services, regardless of the pet care provider assigned under Arlo & Company.
